For 2023 we are encouraging all residents to bring out their winter and holiday spirit and decorate their windows, porches, or yards. This will coincide with the Winterfest and the annual tree lighting that is happening on Dec. 2nd, 2023.

This year’s theme: Tis’ the Season for a Hometown Winterfest

Participant rules:

1. Keep it Family Friendly
2. Incorporate the theme into the design of the display, if possible or get creative with your own theme
3. If using lights, please use traditional non-blinking, if possible & we encourage LED lighting.
4. Decorated yards should be visible from the street. ONLY decorations seen from the street will be considered.
5. All entries sign ups must be submitted no later than Nov. 17, 2023. Entry forms will be available on Facebook, via email @ events@lowellinchamber.co or mail.
6. Must be decorated by Dec. 1, 2023

Photos will be displayed on our Social Media event for likes on a “People’s Choice” award and voting will
begin on Dec. 2, 2023, and will end on Dec. 16, 2023. Judges will be viewing homes starting on Dec. 3rd and
winners to be announced on Dec. 18, 2023, on Facebook and will be presented with a “trophy” and a certificate
of participation.
